impersonal kioskdodgy location

i wasn't thrilled about a couple of things! the check-in kiosk felt impersonal. it wasn't the warmest welcome after a long trip. the location, near some adult entertainment spots, felt a bit dodgy late at night. i'm not sure i'd recommend it for families.

the room was spacious and well ventilated i found the bathroom provided plenty of space the facilities were of good quality i felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay. the self-check-in kiosk proved very convenient upon my arrival i appreciated this efficient system. the train station was within a short walk of under ten minutes.

i noticed a slight smell that seemed to originate from the shower room this morning it was not too strong though.

The location is central. It is easy to get around using train, tram, or bus (all are less than 500m away). The room I stayed in was a decent size and clean (I appreciate that).

The fan did not work in the room. (I was not happy about this)

the room seemed a bit unclean. i noticed some dust in the corners , and the windows were not very clean. also , the floor lamp was damaged , and there were no curtains on the large window , which meant the room got very bright early in the morning , it was very annoying.

the evening meal was AMAZING!!! the food was lovely. the shower was good, also the separate toilet and washing facilities were all excellent. i loved the traditional food served in the brewery beneath, such a delight!!!

I must say, the lack of a fridge or coffee packet in the room was a bit of a disappointment. Such a small thing would have.
